Each item in our collection is handmade by small business artisans in Armenia. As such, no two products are alike and may exhibit unique markings and qualities reflective of the handmaking process.
We will only honor a return if the products arrive damaged (i.e. broken, chipped, marked, warped). Please contact us directly if this is the case.
