When choosing from Honey.am's entire line of all natural, raw, unprocessed honeys, we decided to go with the dark, gorgeous honey produced in the southeastern border village of Haytagh (translates to "Armenian town"), located in a rural region where there is no industrial development for over 100 kilometers. The village is 1710 meters above sea level and the area is rich with cephalaria flowers and a diversity of wild bushes and trees.
Honey.am's products all conform to Armenian and EU standards, and the Haytagh variety is now FDA approved in the United States.
